Mr. Tengdin has managed bank portfolios for over 30 years – through seven cycles of Fed tightenings, through panics and liquidity squeezes, in normal times and extraordinary times. By managing various banks’ portfolios for balance sheet stability, asset-liability structuring, and total return, he has added significant value to his client banks’ bottom lines. By working with management to structure their portfolios properly, the banks are able to see their investment portfolios serve the rest of the bank while they outperform their own benchmarks.
